At the same time, researchers from the University of Stockholm found out that people who are sleep-deprived are perceived as less attractive, less healthy and look sad than those who sleep well. Fortunately, there are simple steps that everyone can take to improve sleep quality and be beautiful.

One of the researchers has proposed to set the daily alarm, which can show that it’s time to go to sleep. This will help to develop a habit that will allow go to bed regularly at the same time.
